The following  are Special Services. Usual services are every Sunday at 10.00am in Dunscore Church 

with an Evening Service on the second Sunday of every month at 7pm.

Sunday 1st August 2010 - Service in the Gala marquee not in the Church

Sunday 8th August 2010 - Scottish themed evening service at 7pm

Sunday 12st September 2010 - Communion 10am and 7pm

Sunday 3rd October 2010 - Harvest Thanksgiving 10am

Sunday 31st October 2010 - Service at Glencairn Church at 11.45am. No service at Dunscore

Church Rota - from July 2010

        

Each year since 1991 we have hosted two students and one teacher from Hungary. The Students are from two different schools one always being the Vorosmarty school in Budapest. It was in this building that Jane Haining from Dunscore worked with Jewish Children. Our visitors see places around Dunscore and Dumfries associated with Jane's childhood, then continue their Scottish tour in Glasgow.

This year we are hosting a visit by 3 students and a teacher from Hungary from 1st August for 3 nights.

Lubuto - 4 visitors from Lubuto Congregation visiting the 2 parishes between 6th and 27th September 2010

Rev Stephen Simumba has replaced Rev Simon Kasanga at Lubuto.

The school in Lubuto is now open and the BB band marched through Lubuto last year.
